By accessing this website or requesting an estimate, appointment, or any cleaning service from Dry Connection, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the site or contact us directly with your questions.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates given over the phone or through our website are based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation once our technician sees the actual space. Final pricing may vary depending on the size of the area, the condition of the carpet or upholstery, and any additional treatments requested at the time of service.

We do not charge surprise fees at the door. Any change in price will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability in King County.
• We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
• Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time window and will notify you of any delay.

Service Limitations

While our plant based dry method is gentle and effective on the vast majority of carpets, rugs, and upholstery, some materials, pre existing damage, or permanent staining may not respond fully to cleaning. We will always inform you in advance if we believe an item may not achieve the result you are hoping for.

Dry Connection is not responsible for pre existing damage, fiber wear, or color loss that exists prior to our service. We document the visible condition of carpet, rugs, and furniture before beginning work whenever there is a concern.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with how an area looks after a completed service, please contact us promptly. We stand behind our work and will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional charge within a fair window of time after the original service.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Any returned or declined payment may be subject to standard processing fees.

We aim to keep all information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail is free of error at all times.
